Literature Text

Nomagramo is a planet where everything follows videogame mechanics. It can be visited individually, but it is best enjoyed in groups to take advantage of teamwork.
Visitors are given HP meters, allocated Faith points based on their deeds (positive -Gratitude- or negative -Grudge-, you can grow powerful either way and even master a bit of both), set out on quests or simply lie down and snooze.
No one ever gets harmed for real, strikes simply take away HP but there's still some recoil and light pain for "reference". If you "die", you simply go back to the spot where you last made progress (solved a puzzle, fought a boss, found a key item...), but the progress itself remains (defeated enemies don't return, key items stay accessible...) so you simply must walk the path again - or go elsewhere for a change.

Genres
Different regions of the world are dedicated to different game genres.
Note that this does not mean a quest will stay limited to one region/genre. There are pathways and portals linking different areas of the planet. Depending on opportunities and choices, a visitor can -and often will- travel between regions.

WIP, more of a sandbox-type RP project than actual writing.

I chose this title because it sounds cool and exotic, while expressing my love of neologism and other manipulation of words. See, major characters like Quest Guides have names (“nom”) that are word plays or anagrams (“-agram”), and there’s an ‘o’ because… well, I hope it’ll make people go :o I guess. XD

Inspired by real games and books, also a couple Star Trek episodes. Do not steal names or anything please.
